As such, they may exhibit the following characteristics: Natural Patina: Metal components, including the bridge and temples, may show light oxidation or a softened luster consistent with mid-century age. Surface Wear: As these are original vintage components, the acetate and metal may show light signs of their history, such as faint surface scuffs or a soft patina Ready-to-Wear: These frames have been professionally fitted with brand-new, high-clarity lenses, saving you the time and expense of an optical visit. Modern Optics: Unlike aged vintage lenses that can suffer from \"crazing\" or deep scratches, these offer a crisp, clear field of vision while maintaining the authentic mid-century silhouette. Because these are high-quality optical frames, you can still take them to an optician later to have custom prescription lenses installed. Note: We do our best to document any significant flaws via photography. Please review all high-resolution images carefully, as they form part of the physical description.
