Brand new in box. 100% Authentic Guaranteed. Some things get better with age. A broken-in leather jacket. A cast iron pan passed down through a kitchen. A pair of boots that have seen enough miles to tell their own story. The CNCPTS x New Balance 990v4 “Patina” was designed with that same belief at its core. “Patina” draws from the world of antiques, estate sales, and heirlooms: objects that accumulate meaning as they move through time and between people. Where most sneakers are bought, this one is meant to be inherited. It is a generational object. One that asks you to think about who wore it before you, and who might wear it after. That philosophy is embedded in every material choice. The upper is built from waxed suede leather, a hide chosen specifically because it improves with wear. Alternate laces with a woven edge reference antique textiles, while gold hardware details echo the jewelry and fixtures found at flea markets and estate finds. The footbed carries an asymmetrical crack pattern pulled from the surface of jadeite glassware. The color palette (warm tan, burgundy, sage, and cream) reflects the tones of patina’d vintage goods.
